Peacefully and on his own terms, at Brightshores Health System, Owen Sound surrounded by his loving family and friends on Sunday, February 11, 2024 in his 77th year. David, beloved husband of Christine (nee Metz). Loving father of Christopher and his wife Melissa Burton, Melissa and her partner Doug Brown, and Amy and her partner Scott Ribbel. Proud Grandfather of Trent and Sean. Dear brother-in-law of Janet Metz, Phil Metz and his wife Joan, and Don Metz and his wife Pat.

Friends will be received on Friday, February 16, 2024 from 2pm – 4pm and 7pm – 9pm at the T.A. Brown Funeral Home, 510 Mill Street, Port Elgin, 519-832-2222.
