Evelyn Mary (Dixon) Fletcher-Chapple

Peacefully, at Georgian Heights Health Care Centre, Owen Sound on Wednesday, April 25th, 2018 in her 96th year.  Evelyn (nee Dixon) formerly of Paisley, Ontario. Loving wife of the late George Irwin Fletcher of Kincardine Township, and the late Sydney William Chapple of Paisley, Ontario.  Beloved Mother of Edith Christmann of Alberta, and George Chapple and his wife Kim of Dobbinton.  Proud Grandma of Wanda, Natasha, Rachel, Sydney, Sadie, Maddie, Emma, and Oliver; Great Grandma of Tyler, Meghan, Noah, Leah, Jaiden, Makayla, and Tanner; and Great Great Grandma of Deanna, Gage, and Maya.

Dear sister of Barbara McKee and her husband Bill, and sister-in-law of Norma Dixon.  Evelyn will be fondly remembered by many nieces and nephews. Predeceased by her son-in-law Bill Christmann, and several brothers and sisters.

Friends will be received on Friday, April 27th, 2018 from 7-9pm at the Knox United Church, 399 Goldie Street, Paisley.  A funeral service will be held at the church on Saturday, April 28th, 2018 at 2:00pm with Bishop Bob Bennett as officiant.

Memorial donations to Sleeping Children Around the World or The Gideons International in Canada would be appreciated by the family.
