Keith Stein

Peacefully, with family and friends by his side, on Sunday, March 31, 2019 at Grey Bruce Health Services, Southampton in his 81st year.  Keith, loving husband of the late Raeanne (nee Adams).  Loving Dad of John and his wife Susan, Steve, Keith and his wife Vicki, and K.J.. Proud Pops of Kirsten, Gavin, Thomas, Erika, Sarah, Jack, Taylor, and Ben.

Keith or “Pops” will be fondly remembered for his love and promotion of the game of golf. Originally from Wheatley, Ontario he started life as a baker at the family bakery. He later moved and purchased Whispering Hills Golf Course in Hanover and then Holiday Golf Club in Port Elgin.  He was a top level athlete in many sports and will be missed for his fun spirit and youthful attitude.

A Celebration of Keith’s life will be held on Saturday, June 15, 2019 at Southampton Golf & Country Club, 400 N Rankin Street, Southampton, Ontario from 2pm til 4pm.

Memorial donations to the Saugeen Memorial Hospital Foundation would be appreciated by the family.
