Ornel "Smitty" Smith Obituary

Peacefully on Thursday, September 13th, 2018 at Parkview Manor, Chesley, in his 84th year. Smitty, dear brother of John and his wife Ruth, and Vernetta Knox. He will be fondly remembered by his many nieces and nephews. Predeceased by his parents Elmer and Elizabeth (nee Webb), his brother Harvey and his sister Noreen Vance.

Friends will be received at the T.A. Brown Funeral Home, 510 Mill Street, Port Elgin, 519-832-2222 on Tuesday, September 18th, 2018 from 7-9pm. A funeral service will be held at 11:00am in the chapel on Wednesday, September 19th, 2018. Cremation to follow.

Memorial donations to the Alzheimer Society or the Heart & Stroke Foundation would be appreciated by the family.
