Obituary
Suddenly, at her home in Sauble Beach on Thursday, June 30, 2022 in her 73rd year. Cathy, beloved wife of Dwight. Loving mom of Ginny and her husband Walter Banks, and Roberta and her husband Jacob Burton. Proud Nana of Brooklyn, Karina, Chloe, Ethan, and Jayce. Predeceased by her parents, Linn and Virginia Brooks (nee Hammond) and brother Robert Brooks.
A special appreciation and thanks to the Sauble Beach EMT’s; Sauble Beach Volunteer Firefighters, Wiarton OPP and the staff at Grey Bruce Health Services Wiarton.
Friends will be received on Monday, July 4, 2022 from 2pm - 4pm and 7pm - 9pm at the T.A. Brown Funeral Home, 510 Mill Street, Port Elgin, 519-832-2222. A funeral service will be held in the chapel on Tuesday, July 5, 2022 at 2pm. Internment will immediately follow at the Southampton Cemetery. Celebration of Life will be held at 468 Centennial Crescent, Port Elgin, thereafter.
Memorial donations to the Gideons, Heart and Stroke Foundation or Diabetes Canada would be appreciated by the family.
