Peacefully, at Southbridge LTC, Owen Sound on Thursday, November 2, 2023 in his 84th year. Charlie, beloved husband of Ann (Weppler) nee Herron, the late Julie (nee Fink), and the late Jeanne (nee Fink). Loving Dad of the late John, and Laurie. Dear stepdad of Kevin Weppler and his wife Suezanne, Kathie and her husband Mark Butcher, and Robert Weppler and his wife Erin. Proud Grandpa of Devan (Nathan), and Kyle; Katy Jo (Scott), Kelly (Lauren), Braeden (Ally), Haleigh (Austin), Tyson (Grace), Wyatt (Caitlyn), and Kayla. Great Grandpa of Paisley, Chloe, Lilly, Riley, Dexter, and Roxanne.

Friends will be received on Wednesday, November 8, 2023 from 7-9pm at the T.A. Brown Funeral Home, 510 Mill Street, Port Elgin. A Funeral Mass will be held at 11am on Thursday, November 9, 2023 at St. Joseph’s Roman Catholic Parish, 920 Wellington Street, Port Elgin. Interment Sanctuary Park Cemetery, Port Elgin.

Memorial donations to the Canadian Cancer Society or the Saugeen Memorial Hospital Foundation would be appreciated by the family.
