Dale James "Trapper" Preston

Peacefully, at Grey Bruce Health Services, Owen Sound on Sunday, February 21, 2021 in his 63rd year. Dale, beloved son of the late John Barton and Ann Preston. Loving brother of Robert Barton and his wife Wendy, Suzanne and her husband Ray Parkes, and Paul Barton. Dear Uncle of Corey, Aron, and Kelsey. Trapper will be fondly remembered by many family and friends.

A private funeral service will be held and live streamed at 1:00pm on Friday, February 26, 2021 from the T.A. Brown Funeral Home, 510 Mill Street, Port Elgin, 519-832-2222. Family and friends wishing to view the funeral service may do so on facebook @BrownFamilyFH or in the service details below.

A celebration of Dale’s life will be held at a later date.

Memorial donations to the Nature Conservancy of Canada would be appreciated by the family.
