Melville “Mel” John Johnston

Peacefully, at Grey Bruce Health Services, Owen Sound on Friday, August 23, 2019 in his 69th year.  Mel, dear brother of the late Robert and his wife Esther, Margaret and her late husband Joseph Harper, the late Rose Marie and her late husband Howard Whittaker, Tom and his wife Joan, and Catherine Johnston.  Mel will be fondly remembered by his nieces, nephews and many good friends.  

Family and friends will be received at the T.A. Brown Funeral Home, 510 Mill Street, Port Elgin, 519-832-2222 on Thursday, August 29, 2019 from 1:00pm until the time of the service at 2:00pm. 

Memorial donations to Trillium Gift of Life would be appreciated by the family.
