Peacefully, with family by her side on Monday, August 8, 2022, at Summit Place, Owen Sound, in her 95th year. Mona, loving wife of the late Flay “Corky”. Beloved mom of the late Cherylann Cochrane, Susan and her husband Stewart Sweetzir, Philip and his wife Suzie, and Nancy and her husband Wendell Martin. Proud grandma of Christina (Tom), Faith (Josh), Sarah (Micah), Cassandra (Doug), Emily (Bowen), Lisa, Lauren (Amanda), Dalen (Jennifer), and Nathan. Great grandma of 14. Dear sister of the late Leonard Ware, and the late Arnold Ware. Friends will be received at the T.A. Brown Funeral Home, 510 Mill Street, Port Elgin, 519-832-2222 on Friday from 2pm - 4pm and 7pm - 9pm. A funeral service will be held on Saturday August 13, 2022, at 11am in the chapel.
