Nicholas Kenneth Koch

Suddenly and tragically on Sunday, August 20, 2023 in his 37th year. Nick, loving partner of Holly Robertson. Beloved son of Mike and Barb (nee Turcotte). Loving brother of Matt and his wife Brittany. Best loving uncle of Indie. Nick will be fondly remembered by his aunts and uncles, Robert and Kristen Turcotte, Kathy Ellis, Don and Nancy Turcotte, Marg & Ron Dumbarton, Joe and Helen Turcotte, Mariann Blair, and Paula Koch; and by his many cousins and friends. Nick will be missed by his loyal and faithful dog Turner.

Nick had an infectious smile that radiated in every room he entered. He was an avid sports fan of almost every sport, he especially loved F1 racing,football,golf and Aussie rules football..If there was a party going on  and kids running around that’s where you would find Nick playing at their level.

He was masterful with any tool and quick to help anyone who asked  for assistance.

He loved canoeing, camping, campfires,golfing, dirt bikes and travelling around the world. Anything to do with outdoors he wanted to do.

He loved dogs and understood them, almost to a dog whisperer level.

He had the biggest heart for those he loved.  Nick will be missed by anyone that knew him.

A celebration of Nick’s life will be held at Lakeshore Recreation, 1177 Goderich Street, Port Elgin on Saturday, August 26, 2023, from 1:00pm – 4:00pm with words of remembrance to be given at 2:00pm.

 Memorial donations to the Canadian Mental Health Association Grey Bruce would be appreciated by the family.
